WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR EXCHANGES?
As long as the apparel is not torn or dirty, your order is available for return/exchange.
All original packaging, price tags, and brand names must be present.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
You are allowed to try on Jackets, but if you wish to return or exchange one, please take the necessary precautions to protect its quality. Jack It Up has a flexible 14-day returns policy.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A JACKET  IS DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that you receive a jacket from us that is damaged or defective, please contact us at mail@jackitup.in with images of the item, and we'll replace it for you based on our stock availability.
Please make sure to keep the clothing unused, unwashed, and untried. Please contact us within 14 days after the purchase receipt.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG JACKET? A PRODUCT I DIDN'T ORDER.
If, for some reason, you receive a Jacket that was not part of your order, please contact us at mail@jackitup.in with images of the item, and we'll send you a replacement ASAP.
RETURN OR REPLACEMENT IS VOID IN THE CASE OF:
The item has been utilized.
The item has undergone modification or tampering.
Any damage or defect brought about by a third party, such as a laundry/washing machine or an ironing service, is the result of product misuse.
Products that are returned without their original tags.
Products returned are not the same as those shipped.
